Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to convert qualified leads into closed deals
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting and negotiation
- Document all customer interactions in CRM system while maintaining accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless client handoffs and consistent service
- Analyze sales metrics to identify optimization opportunities and refine approach
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to position solutions effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Comfortable working independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM MST)
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple opportunities
