Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting all interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Attend daily training sessions to refine product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Provide timely feedback on market trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, demos, proposals)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B inside sales or telesales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
