Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present and demo proprietary SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing to develop account-specific strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline generation and conversion rates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document all client interactions and opportunities
- Train on Virginia market expansion initiatives and regional client profiles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- Experience with B2B enterprise sales cycles ($50k+ deals)
