Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads to determine their specific needs and budget.
- Present product demos and solution proposals that align with client requirements.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve monthly revenue targets (quotas).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Customer Acquisition.
- Proven ability to work in a quota-driven environment with a focus on commission.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
