Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in Salesforce CRM
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives in SaaS/tech sector
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with average deal size $15K-$25K
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain 30+ weekly client demos via Zoom/Teams
- Track KPIs in CRM and provide weekly pipeline reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional presentation and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional client meetings)
