Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Develop consultative sales strategies to match solutions with client needs
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales approaches
- Utilize Salesforce to track performance and optimize sales funnels

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
