Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to qualified leads.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle customer objections.
- Manage and update customer data in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the weekend floor team to strategize on daily targets.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
