Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to generate qualified leads. Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions. Close sales agreements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Update client data in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales (1+ years preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work weekends as required. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the local market.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections effectively.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Accurately log interactions and sales activity into the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
