Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Consult with prospects to identify pain points and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates and sales techniques
- Represent the brand at quarterly industry conferences and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in inside sales or B2B customer acquisition roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts) with 2 weekdays off
