Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through CRM and digital channels
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Close deals and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend sales blitzes and incentive programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management
- Valid driver's license (occasional client visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
