Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients using our SaaS platform
- Collaborate with product teams to address complex customer needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track sales activities and forecast revenue
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy planning sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer needs
