Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Collaborate with product specialists to tailor solutions for enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and sales strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and opportunity prioritization
- Oklahoma City market knowledge or regional sales experience preferred
