Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine purchasing authority and intent.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales or telesales (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to work the night shift (specific hours to be discussed).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
