Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales campaigns via phone and email.
- Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
