Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline within the Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
