Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic product presentations and solution-based selling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales funnels
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track activities, pipeline, and forecast performance
- Participate in daily sales huddles and continuous training programs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($100K+ annually)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
