- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while closing 15-20 deals monthly
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs through virtual demos
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ call quality metrics
- Participate in daily sales huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech sales background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas (100%+ achievement)
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 10% for client meetings
