- Close 15+ deals monthly with average deal value of $5K-$15K
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain 95% CRM data accuracy and update sales activity daily
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and objections
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
