Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with product teams to position solutions against client needs
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and virtual presentations
- Negotiate contracts while maintaining win-win client relationships
- Track sales activities in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($100K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret client needs and market trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
