Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to enterprise clients across Pacific Time Zone
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure using Salesforce
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates
- Collaborate with product team to refine value propositions
- Document client interactions in CRM with 95%+ data accuracy
- Participate in bi-weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quotas
- Comfortable working night shift (10 PM-6 AM EST)
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Exceptional closing skills with $50k+ deal experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization required
