Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to California-based clients via virtual demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM with strict adherence to SLAs
- Collaborate with West Coast team members during overlapping hours (8AM-5PM PT)
- Exceed monthly KPIs for conversion rates and revenue targets
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- High comfort with night shift schedule (10PM-6AM EST)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones
- Proficient in MS Office and sales enablement tools
