Responsibilities

- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing B2B transactions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with precision and timeliness

- Support 24/7 client needs during evening shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to close deals in complex sales cycles
- Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong time management and self-discipline for night shift work
- Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation

- Must be available for full-time night shift schedule
