Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively presenting products and services to potential clients in-store and over the phone.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly team targets.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with visual merchandising to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize the average transaction value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customer demographics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
