Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in locating products and offer knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit, and debit payments, and maintain accurate cash drawers.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Identify and communicate customer needs to management to improve service and inventory management.
- Uphold store policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
