Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets with consultative selling approach
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Attend mandatory night shift training and team meetings (7 PM - 4 AM)
- Document sales activities and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Comfortable with night shift schedule and independent work
