Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through CRM systems and outbound calling
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining client satisfaction

- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data

Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience (night shift preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in remote/dark environments with minimal supervision
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
