Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to qualified leads in the local and regional market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Present our premium products and services tailored to each client, effectively overcoming objections.
- Close sales and process orders accurately and efficiently within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales operations team to refine scripts and strategies for maximum conversion.
- Document all customer interactions and account details to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to achieve targets and earn top-tier commissions.
