Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively sell enterprise SaaS solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Partner with Account Executives to close complex deals
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding quota with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
