Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads within the assigned Long Beach territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Present tailored solutions to meet client needs and close deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driverβs License and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented personality.
