Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Travel within the assigned Indianapolis territory as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven outside sales experience (Hunter background preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
