Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Design and implement a 'Future-Ready' culture program across all departments
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (books, white papers, TED talks)
