- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, energy, and urban mobility
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics including adaptability quotient and innovation velocity
- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with 10+ year commercialization horizons
- Mentor internal 'Future Architects' program cultivating 200+ high-potential innovators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Technology Innovation
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and EU Green Deal frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (MIT Sloan preferred)
