Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 strategic vision framework
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct trend impact assessments across global markets
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders via immersive narratives
- Build and curate a network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly trend briefs for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology
