Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech transitions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, space exploration, and neurotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership publications
- Oversee implementation of future-proofing initiatives across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (AI x Biology x Quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system modeling and trend visualization
