Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test future business models
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology, space economy)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and boards
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent professional credential
