- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports communicating complex future trajectories to stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen products aligned with projected market evolutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptors to inform strategic pivots
- Establish KPIs to track strategic resilience and future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and foresight communities
