Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and innovation ecosystems
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic innovation methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and influencing strategic decision-making processes
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
