Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leadership to integrate future-proofing strategies into corporate vision and operational roadmaps
- Conduct primary research through horizon scanning, expert interviews, and data modeling to validate future hypotheses
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with cross-functional teams to align on future opportunities
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives and visualizations for stakeholder decision-making
- Monitor KPIs for strategic initiatives and adapt forecasts based on real-time market signals and technological breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that drove measurable business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, or industry keynotes)
