Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ developments
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Advose on innovation investments and emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-level decisions with data-driven insights
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or relevant equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
