Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategy with future insights
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept storytelling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects with measurable impact
