Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026+ impact

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, corporate, and governmental innovation partners
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum domains
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, scenario planning)
