- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats using advanced analytics tools
- Document methodologies and publish thought leadership in futurism and innovation strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futurist Practice (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
