Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development, market entry, and competitive positioning
- Lead executive workshops to translate future insights into near-term business priorities and KPIs
- Establish quantitative forecasting models using predictive analytics and market simulation tools
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and visualizations
- Maintain an innovation ecosystem through partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies that generated measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field; PhD preferred
