Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030 market landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging technological disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy domains
- Present strategic whitepapers to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic collaborators
- Drive organizational culture adoption of anticipatory thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
