Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven solutions for quantum computing, biotech integration, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, neuromorphic chips, decentralized networks) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs and ROI frameworks for innovation initiatives, tracking progress through our proprietary Horizon Metrics System
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire breakthrough startups in exponential technology sectors
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board with data-backed projections and implementation timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to commercialization with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Strong proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy, Lean Startup)
- Certified in Futures Studies (CFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals or top-tier tech publications
