Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI developments
- Facilitate future-thinking workshops with global stakeholders across tech, policy, and academia
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for emerging markets and consumer behavior
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating regulatory uncertainty
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
