As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to decode emerging trends, develop future-ready roadmaps, and launch groundbreaking ventures. Your insights will directly influence Fortune 500 companies and disruptors across healthcare, finance, and sustainable tech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market disruptions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech implications (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Overseed venture incubation for exponential technologies with $50M+ budget
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with exponential growth
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology applications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive transformation
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight methodology (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
