- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable business growth beyond 2025
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry forums
- Partner with R&D to align long-term research with strategic priorities
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts impacting future landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused organizational culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
