This role demands both analytical rigor and creative imagination to navigate the complex landscape of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development roadmaps
- Author strategic whitepapers on future workforce models and ethical AI governance
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups in exponential technologies
- Design organizational resilience strategies for technological singularity preparation
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative/social sciences
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published work on technological singularity or exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or similar)
