Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-backed impact projections
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem including startups, research institutions, and think tanks
- Translate complex futures insights into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on product/service evolution
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Strong data modeling skills with experience in forecasting and scenario planning tools
- Executive presence with successful track record of presenting complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, MBA, or equivalent experience
